These Terms of Service apply to all customers purchasing products from Thermotech Insulation. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Full payment is required no later than 1 business day prior to scheduled delivery or customer pick-up. Thermotech Insulation reserves the right to cancel any order where payment has not been received within this timeframe.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be applied at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Thermotech Insulation delivers to selected locations across Queensland, New South Wales wide and Canberra wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, Thermotech Insulation accepts no liability for errors or omissions in product information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thermotech Insulation's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We accept no responsibility for consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed before 11:30 AM (AEST), Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, with delivery available from the next business day.

Orders placed after 11:30 AM (AEST), or on weekends, will be processed the following business day, with delivery available from two business days after the order is placed.
